Last week I shared with you my goals for 2015. I’m also breaking these down further each month, reassessing where I need to be and of course learning what is achievable. That’s the great thing about goals, they don’t have to stagnant.
I’ve broken my goals down into four areas of my life and I have at least 3 things that I want to achieve during the month. I’m also doing daily goals which at the moment are really simple. I have a habit of going overboard and then getting completely overwhelmed by the second week. I’m hoping that with goals it means I have a place to work towards instead of floundering.
- Post 5 days a week
- Post about mental health 2 times a week
- Reach out for a guest post
- Eat breakfast
- Drink more water
- Lose 8.5kg
- Exercise 3 times a week
- Leave the house 3 times a week, including once on the weekend
- Reduce screen time
- Reducing amount of takeaway
- 1 wash/fold per week
- Washing up after dinner
- Cooking dinner 5x week
- Kitchen declutter (I’m doing this one with Simplify. Create. Inspire.)
So those are my goals for this month. I’ll be touching base again at the end of the month to let you all know how it went.
Are you setting yourself monthly goals?
What’s one area of the house that you really want to declutter?
