*I received a canvas print of my choosing from PhotoBox. As always, all opinions are my own*
On Pinterest I have a board that is called ‘If money were no object’ that is filled with things I would do to a house if I owned one. It’s filled with beautiful bookshelves, bathrooms and ways that I could decorate a house, if I had an endless supply of money.
Honestly I would probably get someone else to do all of that because my ideas are kind of all over the place. I would love a princess four poster bed, but a heavy wooden bookcase that covered one whole wall. Then a bright kitchen, that would be cooked in by someone else, because remember money is no object.
Maybe I’d have a bathroom that overlooked a forest, or the ocean. A pool that would look more at home in a tropical resort than a family home. I would have a walk in wardrobe with a chair in the middle…just like in all of the movies. If money was no object.
Most of all though I would love to fill my home with pictures. Photos of my family and lots of photos of Mr 4. There would be prints of landscapes from all of the places I had visited, because money was no object.
However money isn’t in endless supply but that doesn’t mean I can’t have gorgeous prints of Mr 4 on my walls. Gorgeous canvas prints like the one I received from PhotoBox. I chose the collage print so that I could have a range of gorgeous photos of Mr 4 and his development.
It was easy to create this collage print from PhotoBox, with the photos that I wanted to use. The layout was already set up, but there was also the option to create your own. I loved too that there was the option of adding text and cartoon type images, these really helped to break up the photos. It only took me about 10 minutes to upload all of the pictures and go through the process of creating the collage.
One of the pictures is a bit discoloured but it was originally taken with my dodgy 2pix phone camera (yes they existed!) so I think that has more to do with it than the quality of the product. The pictures I took with my newer phone look great. The canvas is also really thick so there is no worries about accidental breakage or being able to see through the surface.
I ordered my print on a Wednesday night(remember my child doesn’t sleep so it was probably technically Thursday morning) before the long weekend and received an email on the Monday night apologising for the order taking so long. I was quite impressed with this attention to service as I honestly was expecting it to take at least a week to produce anyway. I then received an email on the Wednesday to say it had been shipped, then received the collage from Photobox on Monday.

I’m on the Photobox mailing list and have been thinking about giving them a try. I use another company for my Instagram photos and have been loyal to them so far. I’d love to give Photobox a try though. The collage you have created of D is gorgeous. Instagram is so awesome for collecting a photographic diary of our daily lives but it is so good to be able to print the best ones to go up on the wall, in the traditional old school fashion.

Forgot to mention, I’d get the Collage Canvas Print. The largest sized available. Full of pictures of my Mr 5 and my niece Ms 2. Can’t have too many pics of the kids I say! Like I said earlier, having electronic photos is awesome, but having the best of them displayed on the wall in a beautiful canvas is even better. V.
As impressed as I am with the collage print, I’d go with a simple photobook. I’ve still not done one!! (given my technical prowess this morning, I’m sure that doesn’t surprise you…)
Forgot to say thanks for linking up and sorry for being such an idiot…
I would love just one nice framed picture!!
I would love a new cover for my iPad 😀
Love the Photo Teddy great idea would love for my little boy
Sometimes its the simplest things that really make us happy isn’t it? I wouldn’t swap the photos of my children for a million pounds.
It’d be a tough call between a photo book and a canvas print, although what I really should do is get a print of Rosie to block mount and go alongside the ones of the other girls in our hallway. I have the image all picked out, just haven’t gotten around to printing it.
I really love the idea of large collage prints and although I like the canvas prints, we are talking about my dream home. So in my dream home I would choose the Hard Back Poster Collage Prints, mostly in the largest size. I would also have some smaller single photo hard back prints to accompany the collages. I choose the hard back prints for a few reasons. Firstly, I love the framed poster prints, but they don’t have the collage option. So not going to happen. I do like the canvas prints but the downside to both the canvas and framed option is dust collection on top. The hard back poster prints are mounted on 2mm MDF board which makes them sturdy, close to the wall AND not as much dust. It just makes sense to me. Oh, and price for size – it is cheaper. Now I know the whole ‘dream house’ and ‘unlimited money’ scenario here, money is never unlimited if you don’t spend it wisely. So, more bang for your buck and less money spent on the cleaner dusting your precious images. Now just to find my money 😉
I love the iPad Air covers. A great practical gift.
I know I should say a photo of Miss 2, but we have so many of them, and I prefer to have them in smaller frames and move them around. So just to be different, I have a really, really nice photo that I took of the Huon River on our honeymoon, and because it would be my dream house, I’d love to look at getting it as a Mounted Gallery Print, as it would look amazing and I’m honestly not sure how it would go as a canvas. Then my print is protected too!
A photo book. We adopted my son 2.5 years ago and I’d love to show the journey so far!! But thanks for showing this website I’ll definitely be going back
I’d get a large canvas picture of my family to hang in our living area of our dream house that we designed
Love to do a large collage of holidays snaps from our recent trip to the UK for my daughters, they met all their extended family and we have some great photos!
We live in a converted mobile home , and my dream house is a long way away – but I’d love the premium canvas print if money were no object http://www.photobox.com.au/shop/wall-decor/canvas-prints/premium?osid=best05
One of the gorgeous photo jigsaws… I would frame individual pieces in shadow frames and put them in different rooms around the house!
I would love the Classic Canvas so I can give my parents a photo of my 3 month old daughter as a thank you for helping out. Plus, their walls are boring and need a bit of colour and cuteness.
My dream home would be modern and contemporary so it would seem fitting to have Acrylic Prints to adorn the walls….
I love these options of being able to turn one of your photos that mean something to you into art in your home.
I would get a few large collages and fill them with pics of my kids playing in our yard. I would love to win this to fill with pics of my kids and their Dad for his fortieth, which is soon.
