Welcome to another week of The Lounge! How can it be April already!? This week I want to know about your party plan stories. Are you a virgin host like me or are you a seasoned veteran. I want to know the good, the bad and the ugly. Especially the ugly!
Party Plan: two words that can strike fear into a person’s heart. I’ve been pretty lucky so far and have only been to a handful of parties and managed to get away with only purchasing at one of them. I even went to a Thermomix party a couple of years ago…I was really only there for the free food.
This weekend I am popping my Party Plan Host cherry and having a Tupperware party. I’m having it outside because my house is tiny and we’d all be sitting on top of each other if we were inside. In true Tegan style there of course will be alcohol involved but I think I will restrain myself from making my signature punch in a giant bucket though.
Thankfully the demonstrator is one of my friends so it will be a pretty laid back affair and she’s used to my brand of crazy 😉

My mother was the queen of Party Plan even co founded a couple of companies so we lived and breathed Party Plan when we were little, so I’m therefor very much allergic to them.
I’ve been to too many Nutrimetics, Undercover Wear and Tupperware parties over the years. I think I’m done. I’ve never been to a Thermomix one. I guess they haven’t taken off in ‘Boganville’ or only among the cashed up bogans. Good luck with your party.
