I enjoyed the Cranberry and Pistachio Biscotti on my own one night while watching television.  They were the perfect mix of cranberry and pistachios.

I must admit that I am a little bit partial to shortbread and they are perfect for dipping in a nice big mug of milo.  These little beauties crumbled perfectly and were much better than anything I have tasted before.
